Since their start, Bislab has been challenging and transforming credit scoring and financial risk detection with intuitive decision-making tools in the Nordics. Now, they are seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to take full ownership of their infrastructure and developer experience and build the foundation for global scale.

🚀 What you will be doing

You will be a key driver of Bislab’s technical backbone by leading how the company builds, operates, and scales its infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role where you will design, implement, and operate secure and efficient systems while collaborating closely with developers and leadership to ensure everything runs seamlessly as Bislab grows.

Your Mission:

• Take full ownership of Bislab’s developer platform and infrastructure.
  

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, and Azure.
  

• Drive performance optimization and reliability improvements across all environments.
  

• Elevate the developer experience (DevEx) by improving CI/CD, tooling, automation, and workflows.
  

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to support rapid scaling and global rollout.
  

• Set technical standards and lead by example while ensuring platform excellence as we grow, and eventually build a platform team.

• Have solid experience in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering, ideally in a cloud-native environment.
  

• Are confident working with Terraform, AWS, and/or Azure, and experienced with optimising performance at scale.
  

• Understand the big picture of developer experience and know how to make workflows smoother, faster, and safer.
  

• Are excited about using AI tools (like Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate platform development and productivity.
  

• Take ownership, move quickly, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
  

• Are motivated by building systems and tools that empower developers to deliver better products, doing it faster and with confidence.
  

You do not need to have “Platform Engineering Lead” on your CV already, but you should think and operate like one.
