Senior Sales Manager - Bislab

Bislab has been transforming credit risk assessment and financial crime prevention with intuitive, API-first tools across the Nordics. Now, they are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead new business growth in Norway and beyond by driving high-value deals, building lasting client partnerships, and accelerating their next stage of expansion.
This is not a typical sales role, it is a role about ownership, influence, and strategic impact. You will help shape how Bislab grows, who they partner with, and how their market presence evolves as they scale and reach their ambitious ARR targets.

🚀 What you will be doing
You will play a key role in expanding Bislab’s footprint by building new client relationships, driving commercial strategy, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. This is a highly visible role where you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, directly influencing how Bislab wins new markets and grows its ARR in Norway and beyond
Your Mission:
- Drive new business growth in Norway, from prospecting to closing strategic deals.
- Own the full sales cycle: pipeline building, outreach, negotiation, and handover.
- Proactively identify and engage target clients across banking, finance, insurance, telecom, energy, and debt collection.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships, positioning Bislab as a trusted long-term partner.
- Collaborate closely with product and leadership to align solutions with customer needs.
- Provide structured market insights and competitive intelligence to inform Bislab’s strategy.
🎯 Who we are looking for
This is a role for a commercially driven and strategic professional who thrives in fast-moving environments. You understand how to open doors, build trust, and close complex deals, but you also see the bigger picture of how those relationships shape long-term growth.
You combine execution excellence with strategic foresight, operate with full ownership, and are not afraid to lead the charge when opportunity appears.
We think you will thrive here if you:
- Have 7+ years of proven success in complex B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or financial services.
- Have a strong track record of building pipeline and closing major new business deals.
- Understand the Norwegian market and ideally bring a network from one or more of our core verticals.
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, end-to-end sales approach.
- Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and build lasting trust with clients.
- Are entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by ambitious targets.
- Are fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, with excellent English skills.
You do not need to have “Senior Sales Manager" or “Head of Sales” in your title, but you should think and operate like one.
