Since its start, Bislab has been challenging and transforming credit risk and fraud detection with software first, AI-powered decision tools in the Nordics. Now, they are looking for a Principal Software Engineer AI to take a leading role in shaping their AI products and building the foundation for intelligent, scalable risk assessment.

You will play a key role in how Bislab’s AI capabilities evolve, ensuring they are robust, secure, and impactful. 🚀 What you will be doing

You will be a key driver of Bislab’s AI direction by shaping how the company designs, builds, and scales its AI-powered products.

This is a hands-on role where you will work at the intersection of AI, data, and product, collaborating closely with leadership and customers to ensure Bislab’s AI solutions deliver real value as the company grows.

Your Mission:

• Take a leading role in designing and implementing Bislab’s AI product portfolio for agentic risk management.

• Work directly with the CPO/CTO and customers to shape AI-driven solutions that solve real credit risk and fraud challenges.

• Build and optimise data pipelines for alternative data, using LLMs to ingest and interpret unstructured information.

• Implement secure and robust solutions for handling sensitive financial data.

• Contribute to the architecture and infrastructure behind AI products running in production at major Nordic companies.

• Leverage modern foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) to build practical, high-impact solutions.

• Use AI tools and automation to accelerate development and reduce manual work.

• Make complex AI systems usable, reliable, and production-ready.
